I’m working with multiple keyboards and trying to work several different audio programs together, so I can set it up to my heart’s content via my primary DAW although it looks like there will still be plenty of button pushing on the keyboard itselfbut once I move over to Sibelius or to tweak sounds in standalone programs, I need to start over from scratch.
Can someone please point me to the software, or let me know if it is available at all? This can also be done probably graphically with an included PC librarian. I guess M-Audio doesn’t support this anymore, but I got it running on my Windows 7 64 bit system just fine. Unfortunately, I just don’t have any software that I can provide. A memory location in the MKC stores n-audio ‘preset’; that’s a complete setup of all configurable controls in the controller.

I know how to program it within the DAW without problem, ,k-461c from what the librarian software looked like, it was an independent source to edit the controller outside of my DAW, to coordinate it between different setups. The advantage of this is having a preset for mixing in Sonar, one for each soft-synth, one for Project5, etc.

The only part that bothers me is only 10 onboard memory locations, but if you’re familiar with sysex, this shouldn’t be a limitation.

All of the evolution keyboards have been discontinued for some time now, most likely under Avid ownership.
You can see that it would be easy to soon run through 10 memory locations like this. Glad you got that sorted out. Below is a link. It looks like the 5-octave offspring of an Oxygen8 and a UCe at a good price. This is not the way to go. I was hoping there was a more direct hands on software approach.
